The Alef Complex project in Rishon Lezion includes the construction of a large-scale residential complex with approximately 450 housing units, combined with commercial space of approximately 10,000 square meters, as part of significant urban development in a developing area of the city.
The project provided design and engineering consulting services for a mixed-use complex, while adapting to the requirements of saturated construction and large-scale complex systems. The work included designing water and sewage plumbing systems, designing air conditioning systems, designing fire sprinkler systems, and designing accessibility solutions in accordance with the required standards.
The design was carried out using an integrative approach, coordinating all systems and addressing the interfaces between the residential buildings, commercial spaces and shared infrastructure. Special emphasis was placed on operational efficiency, system reliability and implementation capability in complex and large-scale projects.
The project demonstrates the ability to plan and manage engineering systems in mixed-use complexes, while providing precise solutions tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs and contractors in an advanced urban environment.
