The Acre East project for Amram Avraham includes the construction of a large-scale residential complex divided into 3 complexes, with a total of approximately 845 housing units: Complex 1 - approximately 245 units, Complex 2 - approximately 362 units, and Complex 3 - approximately 238 units. The project is being carried out as part of the development of a new residential area in the city of Acre, on a significant scale and with high planning complexity.
The project provided engineering design and consulting services for multi-unit residential complexes, while adapting to the requirements of high-density construction and large scopes of execution. The work included designing water and sewage plumbing systems, designing air conditioning systems, designing fire sprinkler systems, and designing accessibility solutions in accordance with the required standards.
The design was carried out using an integrative approach, coordinating all systems and addressing the interfaces between the residential buildings, parking lots, and shared infrastructure between the complexes. Emphasis was placed on operational efficiency, system reliability, and the ability to implement in the field in large-scale projects.
The project demonstrates the ability to plan and manage engineering systems in large and complex residential projects, while providing precise solutions tailored to the needs of developers and contractors and the proper management of a project of significant scope.
