The Thenuport project includes a 20-story employment and commercial building, which is part of the development of an advanced urban complex that combines commercial and office uses on a significant scale.
The project provided engineering design and consulting services for a multi-story building, while adapting to the requirements of complex and multi-system commercial buildings. The work included designing water and sewage plumbing systems, designing air conditioning systems, designing fire sprinkler systems, and designing accessibility solutions in accordance with the required standards.
The design was carried out with an integrative approach, coordinating all systems and addressing the interfaces between the commercial spaces, office floors, and shared infrastructure. Special emphasis was placed on the efficiency of the systems, compliance with fire safety requirements, and management of systems in a tall, multi-user structure.
The project demonstrates engineering design capability in multi-story commercial buildings, while providing precise solutions tailored to the needs of developers, contractors, and intensive work environments.
