The E CENTER project in Afula includes a single-story commercial building, intended for commercial use and built as part of regional development in the field of employment and commerce in the city.

The project provided design and engineering consulting services for a commercial building, while complying with the operational requirements of commercial spaces and the mandatory standards in the field of safety and infrastructure. The work included the design of water and sewage plumbing systems, as well as the design of fire sprinkler systems.

The design was carried out with a practical and efficient approach, while addressing the needs of the building's ongoing operation, fire safety requirements, and field application capabilities. Emphasis was placed on the reliability of the systems, compliance with standards, and engineering solutions adapted to commercial buildings.
