The Yavne East project for the Amram Avraham Company includes the development of a large-scale residential complex, divided into 2 complexes and 7 plots, with a total scope of approximately 650 housing units combined with commercial space, as part of significant regional development in the city of Yavne.
The project provided engineering design and consulting services for multi-unit residential complexes, while adapting to the requirements of saturated construction and mixed-use development. The work included designing water and sewage plumbing systems, designing air conditioning systems, designing fire sprinkler systems, and designing accessibility solutions in accordance with the required standards.
The design was carried out using an integrative approach, coordinating all systems and addressing the interfaces between the residential buildings, commercial spaces, and shared infrastructure between the complexes. Emphasis was placed on operational efficiency, system reliability, and implementation capability in large-scale and complex projects.
The project demonstrates the ability to plan and manage engineering systems in large residential projects, while providing precise solutions tailored to the needs of developers and contractors and managing planning complexity on a significant scale.
