The Doga Beach project in Tiberias includes a unique hospitality complex on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, which combines diverse accommodation solutions, including approximately 20 tents and 14 B&Bs, as part of a tourist development in an open and natural environment.
As part of the project, planning and engineering consulting services were provided for an outdoor hospitality complex, while adapting to site conditions, unit distribution, and unique operational nature. The work included planning water and sewage plumbing systems, planning fire safety systems, and planning accessibility solutions in accordance with the required standards.
The design was carried out with an environmentally friendly approach, taking into account distributed infrastructure, connections between accommodation units and public areas, and compliance with regulatory requirements in open areas. Emphasis was placed on practical solutions, system reliability, and maintenance capability in an outdoor environment.
The project demonstrates engineering planning capability in unique tourist complexes, while providing a precise response to the needs of entrepreneurs and contractors and adapting to the nature of the area and activity.
