About the project

The Alterman 19–21 project in Tel Aviv includes the construction of two residential buildings, including approximately 35 housing units in each building, as part of a residential development in a dense and sought-after urban environment in the city.

The project provided design and engineering consulting services for residential buildings, while adapting to the requirements of urban construction and integrating complex systems in a dense environment. The work included designing water and sewage plumbing systems, designing air conditioning systems, designing fire safety systems and sprinklers, as well as designing accessibility solutions in accordance with the required standards.

The design was carried out using an integrative approach, coordinating all systems and addressing the interfaces between the apartments, public areas and shared infrastructure. Emphasis was placed on operational efficiency, system reliability and the ability to implement projects in a complex urban environment.

The project demonstrates engineering design capability in residential buildings in a central city, while providing precise solutions tailored to the needs of developers and contractors and proper management of systems in a dense space.
