The Eisenberg Logistics and Offices project in the Emek Hefer Industrial Zone includes a multi-purpose building that combines logistics, office and commercial spaces, as part of advanced industrial development in the area.
The project provided engineering design and consulting services for a multi-system industrial building, while adapting to the operational requirements of a logistics center and integrating different uses in the building. The work included designing water and sewage plumbing systems, designing air conditioning systems, and designing fire safety and sprinkler systems, in accordance with the mandatory standards and performance requirements.
The design was carried out using an integrative approach, coordinating all systems and addressing the interfaces between the logistics, office and commercial areas. Emphasis was placed on operational efficiency, system reliability and implementation capability in an intensive industrial environment.
The project demonstrates engineering design capability in logistics centers and complex employment structures, while providing precise solutions tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs, contractors, and dynamic work environments.
