The Ein Dor project in Haifa is an integrated project that includes residences and a hotel, with a scope of approximately 120–127 housing units alongside a hotel with approximately 100 rooms, as well as 3 floors of underground parking.
The project provided planning and engineering consulting services for a multi-purpose complex, while adapting to the complex requirements of combining residential and hotel accommodation in one project. The work included planning water and sewage plumbing systems, planning air conditioning systems, planning sprinkler systems, as well as planning accessibility solutions in accordance with the required standards.
The design was carried out using an integrative approach, coordinating all systems and addressing the interfaces between the residential areas, the hotel, the public areas, and the parking systems, with the aim of ensuring optimal functioning, high safety, and operational efficiency.
The project demonstrates engineering design capability in mixed-use projects on a significant scale, while providing precise solutions tailored to the needs of developers, contractors, and diverse usage environments.
