The Tzafririm 5 project in Haifa includes the construction of a boutique residential building with 12 housing units, as part of the renewal and development of the urban fabric in the area.
The project provided design and engineering consulting services for a residential structure, while adapting to the operational requirements of modern residential buildings and the needs of the tenants. The work included designing water and sewage plumbing systems, designing fire safety systems, and providing accessibility solutions in accordance with the mandatory standards.
The planning was carried out using an integrative approach, coordinating all systems and addressing the interfaces between the housing units, common areas, service areas and infrastructure, with the aim of ensuring a safe, comfortable and efficient living environment.
The project demonstrates engineering design capability in small and medium-scale residential buildings, while providing customized solutions for developers, architects and contractors in urban projects.
