The Sinai 22 project in Haifa includes the construction of two 6-story residential buildings, totaling 21 housing units, as part of the development and renewal of the urban fabric in the area.
The project provided design and engineering consulting services for residential buildings, while adapting to the operational requirements of modern residential buildings and the needs of the tenants. The work included designing water and sewage plumbing systems, designing fire safety systems, designing sprinkler systems, and providing accessibility solutions in accordance with the required standards.
The planning was carried out using an integrative approach, coordinating all systems and addressing the interfaces between the housing units, common areas, service areas and infrastructure, with the aim of ensuring a safe, comfortable and efficient living environment.
The project demonstrates engineering design capability in multi-unit residential projects, while providing customized solutions for developers, architects and contractors in urban projects.
