The Clalit Clinic project in Brachissim includes the construction of a dedicated public building to provide medical and community services, as part of the development of health infrastructure and public services in the area. The project was carried out for Y.B. Ziv Properties and Contracting and with architectural design by Avril Avril Architecture and Engineering, while adapting to the operational and systemic requirements of a modern medical building.
The project provided design and engineering consulting services for a public building, taking into account user flow, safety requirements, operational infrastructure, and the needs of medical teams and visitors. The design was carried out in accordance with the mandatory standards and in full integration with all of the building's systems.
The work included coordination between all consultants and the various systems, while emphasizing operational efficiency, ease of use, and compliance with the requirements of public and medical buildings. The engineering design emphasized creating a safe, accessible, and accurate work and service environment for the needs of the building.
The project demonstrates experience in engineering design for public buildings and medical institutions, while adapting to complex requirements and providing professional solutions to developers, architects, and construction companies.
