The Ahad Ha'am 6 project in Haifa is an integrated urban project that includes a 24-story tower that combines residential, commercial, and office space, as part of urban development in a central location in the city.
The project provided design and engineering consulting services for a multi-purpose building, while adapting to the complex design requirements of combining different functions in one building. The work included designing water and sewage plumbing systems, designing fire safety systems, and designing accessibility solutions in accordance with the required standards.
The design was carried out using an integrative approach, coordinating all systems and addressing the interfaces between the residential, commercial and office areas, with the aim of ensuring optimal function, high safety and operational efficiency.
The project demonstrates engineering planning capabilities in complex urban projects, while providing a precise response to the needs of developers, contractors, and mixed-use environments.
