The Boat Hotel project in the Sea of Galilee area is a hotel project that includes approximately 135 guest rooms in Phase A, with plans for future expansion that includes the addition of approximately 70 additional units in Phase B.
The project provided design and engineering consulting services for a hotel structure, while adapting to the operational requirements of hospitality complexes and the intensive consumption of systems in a hotel environment. The work included the design of water and sewage plumbing systems, taking into account high volumes of use, changing operational needs, and compliance with mandatory standards.
The planning was carried out with a systemic perspective and consideration of the interfaces between the guest rooms, public areas, and the hotel's operational infrastructure, with the aim of ensuring continuous functioning, high reliability, and operational efficiency over time.
