The Jabotansky 71 project in Tirat Carmel includes a 15-story residential building, with approximately 82 housing units, including 2 parking basements, as part of a residential development in a developing urban environment.
The project provided design and engineering consulting services for a multi-story residential building, while adapting to the requirements of dense construction and complex systems in tall buildings. The work included designing water and sewage plumbing systems, designing air conditioning systems, designing fire safety systems and sprinklers, as well as designing accessibility solutions in accordance with the required standards.
The design was carried out with an integrative approach, coordinating all systems and addressing the interfaces between the apartments, public areas, parking basements and shared infrastructure. Emphasis was placed on operational efficiency, user safety and optimal implementation capability in high-rise construction projects.
The project demonstrates engineering design capability in multi-story residential buildings, while providing precise solutions tailored to the needs of developers and contractors and managing planning complexity in an urban environment.
