The Yavne East project for Ram Aderet includes the construction of 3 residential buildings totaling approximately 126 housing units, as part of the development of a planned residential neighborhood in the city of Yavne (plot 158).
The project provided engineering planning and consulting services for a multi-building residential complex, while adapting to the requirements of saturated construction and integrating engineering systems in several buildings simultaneously. The work included planning water and sewage plumbing systems, planning air conditioning systems, and planning sprinkler systems, in accordance with the mandatory standards and the needs of the project.
The planning was carried out using an integrative approach, coordinating all systems and addressing the interfaces between the buildings, public areas, and shared infrastructure, with the aim of ensuring optimal functioning, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
The project demonstrates engineering planning capabilities in multi-building residential projects, while providing precise solutions tailored to the needs of developers and contractors in saturated construction.
