The station complex project in Acre includes planning for a 9-story office and commercial building, including commercial space, offices and parking basements, covering approximately 5,200 square meters. The project was designed for Acre Avesta Real Estate and in collaboration with Gordon Architects, as part of the development of a renewed urban area in the city of Acre and in accordance with the needs of a modern, multi-system work and commercial environment.
As part of the project, planning and engineering consulting services were provided for the building systems, while fully complying with the requirements of the standard, building safety, and the operational needs of the office, retail, and parking areas. The planning emphasizes the creation of efficient and reliable infrastructures that are tailored to the nature of the various uses in the building and future maintenance requirements.
The design was carried out with an integrative approach and in full coordination with all project consultants and the various systems, with the aim of creating a high-quality, safe and convenient working and commercial environment for business owners, employees and visitors to the complex. Special emphasis was given to the proper management of the building systems, the optimization of service areas and the integration of advanced design solutions adapted to a multi-story building with mixed uses.
The project reflects experience in engineering design for complex office and commercial buildings, while providing professional and precise solutions to developers, architects, and construction companies in large-scale projects.
