The Lod Nir Zvi Project – The International Quarter includes planning for 3 plots with a total scope of approximately 255 housing units, as part of the development of a new, large-scale residential quarter in the Lod area.
As part of the project, planning and engineering consulting services were provided in a variety of key areas, while adapting to the nature of saturated construction and the complexity of multi-system planning. The work included planning water and sewage plumbing systems, planning air conditioning systems, planning ventilation and smoke release systems, as well as planning fire sprinkler systems, as part of a comprehensive response to the requirements of the standard and the needs of the implementation.
The design was carried out using an integrative approach, coordinating all systems and disciplines, and addressing interfaces between buildings, parking lots, and shared infrastructure. Emphasis was placed on operational efficiency, system reliability, and field implementation capability in multi-unit projects.
The project demonstrates engineering planning capability in medium-large-scale residential projects, while properly managing systemic complexity and providing precise solutions tailored to the requirements of developers and contractors.
