The Rembrandt 30 project in Tel Aviv includes planning for a new residential building with 15 housing units, as part of the renewal of the urban fabric in the city's high-demand areas. The project was designed for Best Geshem Initiative and in collaboration with Arik Shoham, while adapting to the requirements of a modern residential building in a dense and complex urban environment.
As part of the project, planning and engineering consulting services were provided for plumbing systems, fire safety, accessibility, and sprinkler systems, while fully complying with the requirements of the standard, the safety of the building, and the needs of the tenants and the ongoing operation of the building.
The design was carried out with an integrative approach and in full coordination with all project consultants and the various systems, with the aim of creating a high-quality, safe and comfortable living environment. Special emphasis was given to the correct integration of the engineering systems in the structure, to the optimal utilization of the areas and to the planning of infrastructures adapted for long-term maintenance and operation.
The project reflects experience in engineering design for urban residential buildings, while providing professional and precise solutions to developers, architects and construction companies in residential projects in high-demand areas.
