The Hatris Neighborhood Project - Baron Quarter in Pardes Hanna Karkur is a large-scale project that includes the development of a residential and commercial complex, with approximately 308 housing units alongside approximately 198 additional units, as part of a renewed neighborhood plan in a developing area.
The project provided engineering planning and consulting services for a multi-building residential complex, while adapting to the scope of construction and combining residential and commercial uses. The work included planning water and sewage plumbing systems, planning fire safety systems and sprinklers, as well as planning accessibility solutions in accordance with the required standards.
The planning was carried out using an integrative approach, coordinating all systems and addressing the interfaces between the buildings, public areas, and shared infrastructure, with the aim of ensuring optimal functioning, safety, and operational efficiency over time.
The project demonstrates engineering planning capabilities in large-scale neighborhood projects, while providing a precise response to the needs of developers and contractors in complex residential and commercial projects.
