The Neot Peres School project in the southern suburbs of Haifa includes the establishment of an educational institution as part of the development of public infrastructure for new and developing neighborhoods in the city.
The project provided engineering design and consulting services for a public building dedicated to education, while adapting to the operational requirements of educational institutions and the needs of the student population and educational staff. The work included the design of water and sewage plumbing systems, the design of air conditioning systems, and the design of fire safety systems in accordance with the mandatory standards.
The planning was carried out using an integrative approach, coordinating all systems and addressing the interfaces between classrooms, public areas, service areas, and infrastructure, with the aim of ensuring a safe, comfortable, and efficient learning environment.
The project demonstrates engineering planning capabilities in educational institutions and public buildings, while providing solutions tailored to the needs of local authorities, planners and contractors in educational projects.
