The Jabotinsky 59 project in Tirat Carmel (AVENEW 59) is an urban renewal project within the framework of TAMA 38 Demolition and Construction, which includes the construction of 3 residential buildings of 17–18 floors, with a total scope of approximately 271 housing units, alongside common areas and welfare facilities for residents.
The project provided engineering design and consulting services for a multi-story residential complex, while adapting to the requirements of high-rise construction and integrating complex systems into a significant-scale project. The work included designing water and sewage plumbing systems, designing air conditioning systems, designing fire safety and sprinkler systems, as well as designing accessibility solutions in accordance with the required standards.
The design was carried out using an integrative approach, coordinating all systems and addressing the interfaces between the residential buildings, public areas, tenant facilities and parking basements. Emphasis was placed on operational efficiency, system reliability and implementation capability in complex urban renewal projects.
The project demonstrates engineering planning capabilities in high-rise residential projects and urban renewal, while providing precise solutions tailored to the needs of developers, contractors, and advanced residential environments.
